We Remember

Today we honor the fallen soldiers who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. I am forever indebted. Thank you.

I am a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during peace time. There is a brotherhood among service men and women that cannot be explained. I was moved to tears over and over again during the ceremony because of the band of brothers and sisters who gave their lives for this country. I'm honored to be a member of their brotherhood, but am not deserved of the honor bestowed upon those who were touched to the core by casualty.
