Kauai
I got to have a little bit of a vacation after I shot Donny & Teresa's wedding. I surely needed it! Here's a few shots of the wonder of Kauai.
Sunrises here are unbelievable. I could easily be a 'morning person' here. :o) Since it's 3 hours behind it would work perfectly for me...6:30am is my 9:30am. And I'd get to see THIS all the time...

Koloa Church. It was so cool to sit in church and have the warm tropical air breeze through the sanctuary...ahh...

Kailua Lighthouse.

Incredible waves...

And the sunsets...breathtaking...

Donny & Teresa | Wedding Video
This is my first shot at putting my pics together for a video. I think its okay for a COMPLETE amateur! :o) It's two songs long, so sit back and enjoy!
Donny & Teresa | Destination Wedding - Kauai
Teresa is a dear friend and a gifted hairstylist that married her best friend at Shipwreck beach on the island of Kauai September 27th. I'm so grateful to have been able to capture their special day! It was so heavenly!
Isn't she beautiful?

Awaiting their first look...

Pastor Kilborn of Koloa church officiated their union and began the ceremony by blowing on the conch shell. It is tradition in Hawaii that marks the beginning of something special. In this case, their marriage.

Sand Ceremony...For some reason I was so incredibly touched by this particular sand ceremony...

Foot washing ceremony...I want to do this when I get married. :o)

The sky was so incredible...
